Clearly did not get the price they hoped for the item, so cancelled the sale and attempted to refund, but it did not go through. I then had to wait seven weeks before eBay would allow me to file an 'item not received' claim and eventually get my money back. Seller sent me a cheeky message to check my records as I had purchased nothing! Followed it up with a foul message, telling me to 'jog on'. He tried to covert a payment (refund) which is against eBay policies. In retaliation he posted this fraudulent feedback, which eBay agreed that it would be removed. He made repetitive calls but left no message, this was harassment, and to follow that harassment, a negative, long winded, seemingly unstable disgruntled, manifesto on basically not having his way.
