    Such a Handy Device

    This product is exactly what we needed to control the temperature zones in our house. My wife loves the convenience of being in bed or elsewhere in the house, away from the wall mounted thermostat and being able to control the temperature at hand. It has all the necessary features to control the main thermostat and keeps the colder/warmer areas of the house under much better regulation.

    Perfect

    My thermostat is located upstairs and living here in the desert of Arizona the downstairs stays cooler than the upstairs. When I had a complete new AC/Heating system installed they also replace my thermostat. I have this located downstairs and have it set to read the temperature from this device and by doing so I now have a even temp. on both floors. This past winter I had it set to read from the device during the day because I spend most of my time downstairs and at night before I go to bed I change it back to read from thermostat. I also have a sensor outside and it tells me the temperature outside.

    Best idea yet for a thermostat

    Lets you maintain the temperature where you are, not the temperature where your wall mounted thermostat happens to be. We keep the Comfort Station on our bedside table so our bedroom is always at the perfect temperature no matter what the temperature in the hallway happens to be. And when we wake up we can check the outside temperature before even getting out of bed.

    Good but not universal

    This remote must be wirelessly linked to the appropriate Honeywell thermostat. Make sure you have the correct thermostat. But it's great to be able to take the remote into whatever room you want, and control temperature from that room.
