    Quality instrument, low cost

    Appears to be a good quality instrument. After several autoclave cycles the instrument had not rusted or discolored. This elevator is part of our emergency extraction pack. I would allow this to be used on myself if necessary. Could not confirm the instrument was made in the United States as there is no country of origin on the instrument or packaging which is why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5.
