    Best, freshest Roasted coffee beans available

    I've been buying fresh roasted coffee beans for 45 years--online for 17 years, and I have found BlueMacaw Beans to be consistently great fragrance, best flavor, and wonderfully aromatic brewed. The packaging keeps them fresh in the freezer for many weeks (longer than it takes for me to use them up). Occasionally I make a poor choice, but no doubt that variety had great appeal to others, I just have to try to pick a variety whose attributes I feel pretty certain will result in the qualities I appreciate with my daily cup. But they are never the same, as is frequently the case with over-roasted beans.

    I know coffee taste can be very subjective, so I'll just say that I have found my new favorite. I like it better than Jamaican Blue Mountain, which I'm also a big fan of. Great price! And, I love that Blue Macaw roasts it to order.

    Excellent Colombian

    The beans are beautiful to look at; slightly oily. The aroma is amazing. They grind well and produce excellent tasting coffee. A little "mild" for me (I had been using dark French roast for years) but am adjusting and enjoy every cup. The only complaint is not about the coffee, but the roaster/packer who short-weighed the package about 5%.
