This product works, you will lose weight.
But It might depend on your discipline, on your current metabolism, on your past physical activity, on how bad you really wanna lose weight and what you're willing do do about it. During my 10's, 20's, and 30's I was physically active, competitive in sports, having played sports all my life and always pushing myself to get what I want, and now in this case, weight loss. In my 30's when I was overweight, i lost it by eating alot less, stuck to protein shakes, protein bars, egg whites, chicken breast, cans of salmon, lotsa water, and walked 3 times per day (morning, noon, evening) at 30 minutes each walk. Now in my 40's working 12 hour days 5-6 days a week with less time to work out or exercise, I was 50 pounds overweight. I started using lean extreme jan. 1, 2017, I did the same routine as ... I started using lean extreme jan. 1, 2017, I did the same routine as before: eating alot less (500-800 calories per day), stuck to protein shakes, protein bars, egg whites, chicken breast, cans of salmon, lotsa water, my coffee in the morning (16oz) with no sugar in it, and my lean extreme. 3 pills per day. One in the morning immediately upon waking, then made a protein-only breakfast equal to 300 calories, walk to work (30 minutes). the next pill exactly 4 hours after the first. for lunch eat another 300 calories of protein, walk another half hour after your lunch, then walk home from work (30 minutes). For dinner at approximately 5 or 6pm eat a 200 calorie, all-protein dinner. You take the third pill right before you go to sleep. January 1 through April 7 I've lost 35 pounds. the stuff works, and I personally have not experienced any side effects, nothing, zero, no side effects at all. The only side effect I have experienced is appetite suppression!!! Yeahhh!!! The company does not recommend no more than two bottles, i just purchased my fourth consecutive bottle. This product works for me. Once I lose my 50 pounds I'll continue to use the product one bottle every two or three months.
