I like to think that the seller would issue a full refund only if I asked. It is about the loss of time, labor and frustration that it took to determine the problem, and that I am sure I will never recover. My time, just like yours is not free. So, ask your suppliers for better QA practices, or test the item yourself before shipping.

USPS sent first package to Puerto Rico, then California then North Carolina where it was passed around like a hot potato for 7 days before it was finally delivered on 6/21. Seller shipped replacement on 6/14 which arrived 2 days later.
