      I canceled an order for a printer drum and 4 toner cartridges because they were the wrong ones for my printer. The seller Issued a refund for 3 of the cartridges but refused to pay a refund for the fourth because I opened it. How else to find out it didn't fit?? And the seller refused to pay a refund for the printer drum, which was shipped back in the exact same box it came in along with the cartridges. WATCH OUT for this seller. EBay guarantees don't seem to matter to them.
