"Beware" of this seller! I've never had to leave negative feedback. The seller's advertised item was not what he sent to me. He listed exact model numbers of what he was selling and sent something different. When i contacted him about it he blamed me and said he sent the right item and would not return it. I had to go thru ebay and lodge a complaint in order to obtain a return which i finally got but not without having to pay for part of the return postage when this was 100% his fault. "Bewear"

I purchased two pieces of cleaning equipment from two different sellers at the exact same time ($700+ each) near identical. Exactly a week after purchasing this item, I had to contact the seller and report I still had no tracking information, all the while, the other seller’s item had already arrived. He responded and the item was finally shipped the following day. It just arrived poorly packaged, with pieces loose and falling out of the box on my porch, with one jet nozzle lost.
