These are just what I needed and both blocks are close to being perfectly matched.
Typical asian import packaging with the paper box, waxy paper, and the gummy grease. It is messy, but did protect them well during their long journey from China to my toolbox. These are just what I needed, I have only measured the 1" side at this point, but all four corners of each block are .9998 - .9999 and both blocks are close to being perfectly matched. The corners are a little rough; it looks like they knocked off all the sharp edges with a single pass over a very coarse grinding wheel but they are deburred well enough, not sharp, and do not affect functionality. If I was concerned about it I could take 15 minutes with a file or a finer wheel to clean them up. The grain is reasonably fine so it could be tool steel. A magnet sticks to them well. Haven't measured for accuracy but there were several gouges and dings in both blocks. Had to stone both off to get them flat before using. I don't expect perfection from these Chinese blocks but I've bought others that were less expensive and have never even seen ones that look like this new. They will work for my intended purpose because I have a couple sets of better quality blocks for the critical things but I would not recommend these 1-2-3 blocks. Haven't measured for accuracy but there were several gouges and dings in both blocks. Had to stone both off to get them flat before using. I don't expect perfection from these Chinese blocks but I've bought others that were less expensive and have never even seen ones that look like this new. I use them for raising blocks or supporting underneath mold base plates on the mill. I’ve had a couple for a few years and decided to get more. They’ve held up but I do take care of them. Measure to the tenth and perfectly square as advertised.

I cannot vouch for their claimed .0001" dimensioning. They are plenty good enough for my work at .ooo5". Without holes they are perfect to use, wipe off, and put away.
