Sent message and was informed they were out of stock when kit was sent. Missing parts were sent by Fed-ex. In Southeast Oklahoma thing work different than other places. Delivery man brought missing parts on Friday before kit was delivered and hung them on the porch. I didn't think to look there. Good job anyway. I received a Transtar Recon, which was exactly what I was trying to get away from, as I had one of their converters destroy a rebuild I did. It was full of lathe shavings. Granted, I've used over 50 of their converters, but when I contacted my local Transtar and gave them all their shavings back, I got zero customer service and they didn't even warranty the converter, let alone helping with anything else. Cyclone, however, was great as far as this transaction went.
