Bits don't lock in drill quick-change chuck.
Reasonably priced and I received quickly. The bits looked OK on initial inspection but it was a few days before I had a need to use them on a wood project. The first thing I noticed was that the bits' shank detent was not machined the correct distance to lock in the drill chuck. Some of the twist bits were undersized for the bore in the countersink to the point that the set screw pushed it to the side of the bore so the drill hole is eccentric with the countersink element. The chisel angle of the countersink is insufficient to accurately and effectively cut the countersink portion of the hole. Any resemblance to a countersunk screw hole in the wood is achieved purely by brute force and then the wood pulls the bit out of the drill chuck because it is not locked in the chuck. Very ...
