They agreed to have me keep the antenna and to send me a new inspected base clip and to make sure that items will not get to be sold without proper inspection. I am very pleased with the way they handle my situation and the professional and responsive way to make the customer happy, I will buy from them again.

The phase 2 coil is weak and snapped out of the blue. I spoke with Diamond and they helped me get in touch with an actual dealer to get the actual antenna. This should have never happened the quality just isn't acceptable it doesn't meet the standards radio operators expect and this product will drive buyers away from eBay.

I was not sure it was a correct replacement, but it was reasonably priced so I decided to give it a try. I had high hopes that this would work, but sadly the pins did not fit correctly. When I reached out to the seller, I received a very quick response and a refund. I cannot ask for any more than that! I have saved this seller and will definitely purchase again if I ever have the opportunity.
