Price was the lowest on Ebay for this item that I've seen. Shipping was paid for by the seller. Overall, a very good value. Contacted seller again and they shipped out 4 more non trackable again. Opened envelope with labels accept 2 of them are cut nearly completely in 2 pieces. I'm just glad to get 6 out of 8 usable.
