I would say that the condition of the CD, the paper insert, and jewel case is better than the "like new" condition described, and actually new condition. Only the sealed, plastic wrap around the case had a small cut or tear in it, and that was no problem. I'm very happy with the purchase and price of the hard-to-find CD, and with the seller's customer service. I would buy from the seller again.
