Finally got my answer!!! 2 improvements for a perfect pillow. Memory foam for the area that frames the face. As it is a bit to firm there.And a washable pillowcase for it. Thank you for letting me breathe face down!!! Sad that the shipping was almost the same cost as product. Should have a USA outlet for merchandise.
