One of the worse products and buying experience on eBay in 18 yrs. Ordered on 22/5, after several emails received on the 01/6, it just wasn't worth the wait, it looked awful against the smooth Dyson quality, colour didn't match and no room to fit a wide brush in with anything else. Sent straight back after getting eBay involved, as no response from seller. Eventually received a refund 3 weeks after order placement !! Poor seller, shoddy expensive product and bad experience......

I couldn't have replied quick enough, there was just no pleasing this customer. The colours are as close as I can get it to the dyson plastic, given what is available on the market for 3d printer plastic; and this is shown in the listing photographs. After 6 years of selling literally hundreds of this product, nobody has ever complained like this. Also, all 3 tools fit, as you can see in the photo. I suspect you may have a newer Dyson cleaner, whereas this Tool Organiser is made for the older V6

Buyer demanded a refund, but I couldn't do that because it was already escalated. I explained this in detail and was polite. After he received the refund, he agreed to revise the feedback to a Positive. Asked me for a feedback revision request, and then went completely silent. Sellers have a limited amount of revision requests they can send out, and I believe he intentionally wanted to consume one of my revision requests. I've sent several messages asking to revise, but he's ignoring me.
