speedy shipping! bought a refurbished Kobo Clara and works well enough. Had a little trouble with the power button not responding, but figured it out. (Has to be pushed in a particular angle.) That's the only sign so far of it not being brand new, which is pretty awesome for refurbished if you ask me. Glad to have done business with vipoutlet. :)

The price was great…the rest was not. Shipped in just a bag, Figure was described as “new and ready for retail” but the packaging for the figure was sub par with a giant inventory label that read “package repair testing” over the main logo on the box. I was offered a 25% refund ($2) to keep it (which I accepted) or a full refund to return it.
I will say my experience with customer service was positive and they were quick to respond and offer and issue the partial refund.
