The finial was new, in excellent condition, was well represented by the photos in the listing and was well packed. The delivery took 8 days from NY to OH. That is no fault of the seller who shipped immediately per tracing records. The problem is how Ebay dictates the shipping process. I will still give the seller a 5 star rating because the delay was not the seller's fault.
