When I messaged the seller about the plastic bag packaging which resulted in a damage float he became rude and defensive and refused a replacement and/or refund… He is now blocked from my account,

This buyer initially contacts me being RUDE first. I was only returning the favor. He accuses me of something i never claimed to do.. there is nothing wrong with the float. He is also blocked from my account. He cant even admit that he is wrong and started the confrontation in the first place.
