    One of the best CD sound I've heard from a DVD player! Great value!

    Awesome as a DVD player, excellent as a CD player as well. A great bargain, the picture is brilliant, very defined and the sound is great. Using it as a CD player (I'm a music lover) and I could not be happier. Highly recommended and for less than 100 bucks (including shipping) from an eBayer, it is a steal.

    This deck reads everything except the morning newspaper

    This may not be the most expensive DVD player in the Pioneer lineup but certainly the best in it's class. It was quiet and smooth and read every format CD/DVD very effectively. Don't even think of the age of this unit just the way it is made like a tank.
