    Power Up-The Best of Rodney Yee

    This is a GREAT set for beginner through intermediate. The coolest thing is that Yee has Hawaii as his backdrop! The natural surroundings make you wish you were there. Put surround sound on, and it feels like you are immersed in the exercise. The audio is as beautiful as the landscape. Yee stresses form through progression, and each movement flows into the next, never straining. Do this series long enough, and it feels like you are floating. Even if you don't prefer yoga to other forms of exercise, you will do EVERY other physical activity better. You will run, lift, swim, board, or bike better and progress at those because this video will help you tune your breathing, balance, and posture. A MUST for anyone wanting physical progression, injury reduction, and spiritual well being.

    Great Workout and GREAT value!

    Rodney Yee DVD's are excellnt overall. He explains everything very well and alwasy tells you how / wehn to breath, etc... These are some pretty difficutl workouts so they might intimidate someone beginning in Yoga. He does tell you how to modify the poses but they are still challenging. Excellent yoga videos! A great addition to anyone interested in yoga. Excellent value too! Good addition to any workout library.

    Rodney Yee

    This set is excellent!!!! I have been doing yoga for about 7 years and Rodney is the only instructor I use. I have many of his videos and am always looking for more. The scenery, his soothing voice, his instruction and his views are all excellent and I highly recommend him for any level of yoga!!!!

    i purchased this set to exercise at home. it is a great stress releiver. the workout is good and i feel great when i am done. i would recommend this set to anyone looking for excellent results from the comfort of home.
