The only Boolit lube I use

Dissolve one part lube in three parts gasoline (or other volatile solvent). Tumble lube Boolits in a one quart ziploc baggie. Stand Boolits on a cookie sheet until solvent has evaporated. Works great on .30 cal Boolits up to 2,200 FPS or more, assuming proper sizing, etc The thin film eliminates fliers due to imbalance when some if the lube gets thrown out of the grease groove with conventional lubing. I get zero leading in .30/06, .30/30, etc. Accuracy is great as well.

My Lee 6 cavity 452 round nose moled bullets get stuck

The Lee 9mm 356 diameter sizer I got from this same company works great. So I have over 200 45 acp that I molded this week that I ran through this sizer. After lubing, the 1st bullet stuck. I pounded it out with a mallet. Then 3 more tries and only 1 went through with incredible ram force on my press. I thought I was going to damage my press on the last one and had to stop... Meanwhile I have a permanent bullet lodged into the die that can never be removed. Very bad experience. Meanwhile I can seat these bullets just fine inside the brass w/o any signs of budging.. I have no idea what this die sizes to but its not .452 diameter. I'll eat the $25 cost but I've learned my lesson about using EBay for reload equipment. Flawed equipment is not honored because you will pay a 20% opening fee ...

  • Good value. Not exact.

Im new to bullet casting so I was happy to find the lee sizer. It is easy to use so no complaint there. But is does size at .4535. A friend has a Wilson Combat 1911 and the cartridge is a bit tight. He uses a Lyman sizer and it sizes to .452. I guess you get what you pay for 23 for the Lee sizer vs 250 for the Lyman.

  • Back in action

MeI was looking to make my own cast bullets, and was faced with purchasing a lubriction System that uses was to coat the bullet to prevent fouling. I ran across the lee sizer and lubricator and it has made me want to start shooting my 45 long colt again. The sizer lubricator is the best bang for the buck compared to $250 alternatives on the market. I love it and will always pass on the word to enjoy the same at a great price and ease of operation

  • Lee Precison products never let you down.

As always if you are on a budget and can't spend tons of money on your reloading equipment. Lee products will MORE then suffice. I have always been an RCBS guy, but I am slowly coming over to the Lee Dies. Because they offer quality at a more affordable price. And even after thousands of rounds they work great. I am not talking Long range shooting reloads, I am talking range shooting , plinking and hunting. You will not be disappointed, and LEE has a great return policy as well. How can you go wrong if you do not have an endless wallet?
