    Works great

These work great. Maybe too great. If you need to take loaded ammo back apart, good luck. I couldn't get a hammer type bullet puller to work after using this crimper. Much needed for .30-30 in a lever gun. Seems to help with consistency and accuracy in all calibers.

  • A must for hunting

I've had Lee crimpers in 5 different calibers and if you hunt or shoot a semi, its a mist have. There is a slight learning curve but basically, I adjust so it closes completely on the bullet and do what it says, which is to hive it a good push at the end. You will feel it after you do a few. The crimp is perfect and my groups are MOA or sub MOA. Cant ask for better. I only use Lee products. Some say they are cheap but I have never had any failure out of the dies, scales, powder measures, priming tools, not a single one. I do know the other brands are very pricey so I don't get it, why spend more? All my stuff is made in USA too!

  • Best crimp tool

This is a great product from Lee and quite affordable, caliber specific, produces the perfect crimp, the reloader can set the amount of crimp desired by adjusting this die, will never crush the shoulder like taper crimp because the force comes in at a right angle to the cartridge. A uniform crimp ensures uniform ignition pressure, these crimp dies are the best and I have one for all my calibers. Be sure not to over trim your cases for length, .005" is just right although .010" still works okay.

  • Best crimping tool i have used

I purchased this crimp die to build rounds that will work in my AR15. I had been having issues with bullet set back that can lead to poor accuracy and dangerous pressures. This crimp die is super easy to set up and use. I set up several test rounds to see if the bullet would set back after chambering in the rifle. The bullet stays where it was seated and there is minimal brass distortion. I feel that the crimp has improved accuracy as well. Great tool for the money.

  • Does what it says.

Does a first rate job. Follow the instructions but make sure the case lengths are trimmed to the right length. I like how I can duplicate factory crimps.
