He notified me that he received the completely damaged empty box in return mail just the other day. He also informed me that he had been out of town and that was why he hadn t seen my emails requesting that he track the package and file a claim. Bottom line here it was just a communication problem and and he and I have worked things out and he is going to refund the cost to me and I am requesting to have eBay remove the negative feedback.
