Difficult instructions
This item did not come plug and play as implied. The wiring link is timed and very had to figure out with all the wires that are involved. For remote start you only need to deal with 5. Took me two full days of reading prints and studying wires to figure this out. Not one you tube showed the unit this is with the wires that was sent. But the price is good just be prepared to do a little work.

Not "Plug and Play"
I purchased a different brand for my 2018 F150, advertised as plug n play. Within 5 minutes my remote start worked on my truck. I bought this Fortin model advertised as plug n play, and I'm on day 2 of trying to figure out why it's not working. If you purchase this model from the same seller I did, you will have to splice 2 harnesses in with both the T Harness and the OBD factory plug in. A little bit stressful on the OBD. My issue is that it shows that the keys are programmed to the module, but does not start the 2013 Edge SEL. I went back and read fine print, and it says this module will have to be flashed. So, in my opinion, it is not a "Plug and Play". So no, I would recommend some other brand before Fortin. I'm looking for an easy installation that doesn't require hours of googling my ... Just what was needed, with a little help
This is just what it says it is, an all in one remote starter with T-harness and programming module. Look for install videos for specific vehicle models as they help a lot. For my 2013 Ford F150 I found help on the Fortin website that completed my programming. Install wasn't as easy as 1-2-3, but if you are handy under the hood you should be able to figure it out and it is far cheaper than having it done anywhere else. Works perfectly with my factory keys too. Don't buy it
This is NOT a simple plug and play installation. Does require hard wiring along with the T harness. Instructions are very complicated and hard to navigate through the site and tech support is pretty much non existent. I absolutely would not recommend purchasing this item.

2014 Explorer Remote Start
Did a lot of research on remote starts. The thing that made me go with the Fortin is did not need separate key fab and Fortins web site had a lot of installation details. After research the reviews were good so gave it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised on the ease of installation with the help of Fortin web site and PDF instructions. Now my truck is warm in the morning. Thanks
