Installation videos instruct you to pop out contours upon removal from box and allow mat to sit at 70*. There are no contours in the product I rec'd. I let sit on heated floor for 5 days prior to install, hoping folds from packaging would fall out. During install, lack of contouring was an issue; even above 70*, vinyl wouldn't flex. Tried a heat gun on low, no luck. Contacted company and was told vinyl doesn't hold contours after packaging and rep handling the issue has never installed the mat.
