        This heavy item was packaged in a cardboard box with nothing but packing peanuts, this lead to the driveshaft being unsecured and broke the body of the motor as a result, (it punched through the back). Although the packaging was poor and the item was broken the seller provided a full refund which speaks to their integrity.
