He is asking me to fix the negative message that is his concern but he has not bothered to begin with the refund of the damaged piece that was sent. It cost me $134 per piece to use that piece. I had to pay an additional $144 for an application to use it and it was already damaged. I am at a loss and the seller does not think about solving this problem, he has not started to communicate with me, they are irresponsible, he does not care
