Packing could have been better, huge rip in the side of the thin cardboard box the jack was shipped in. I am surprised the jack did not fall out of the box. The product was scuffed up, but it worked because it was a very heavy 20 ton hydraulic jack. If you are not concerned about looks and more about performance this jack does work well.

This is what I wanted to pull pins on large machines. I have not been able to use it yet. Have not been able to find a coupler to match the one on it, A standard coupler nipple is 19mm. This one is 12mm. The link the seller provided when I emailed did not work
