Needed to use the jack for a one-time use, and it functioned okay. Looks like it was a used product returned repacked and sold for new. The paint on the bottom of the jack was chipped and had two to three-inch-long scratches all on the bottom of the jack like it was dragged across the ground. The top part of the stroke ram is black but has scuff marks from whatever it was pushing up. The box it comes in is poor because the hydraulic connector was sticking out and damaged.
