I have used inserts for years but as soon as I stood up with these inserts I could feel the difference. Very comfortable they seem to cradle the foot and I could feel my foot being gently pushed straight.
I haven’t had them long enough to wear them all day every day so I don’t know yet if they will ease the pain open my knee and hip. Very positive though so far.
