Item arrived damaged. Tried to contact them about it and no response. Item does work but is unbalanced and noisy will have to get another and replace again. Was not looking for a full refund or to return as was desperate, how ever acknowledgement would have been nice. Apart from that it was a smooth transaction, quick delivery, badly packaged tho!
