Cannot use! Arrived quickly, and bottle looked fine with plastic overwrap sealing the cap. HOWEVER, upon opening the cap i see the inner aluminum seal has been punched in and laying on the cotton ball/plug underneath. Either the seller or the manufacturer is at fault. Cannot be trusted. Especially with returned goods?
