product delivered without issue. However this kick drum is poor design, the silver bar holding the trigger slides down the opening so that when you press the pedal the pad is too low to hit the target. You have to constantly stop playing, raise the pad and retighten the little screw that holds the silver bar in place but you can never tighten it enough to work for any length of time...poor design and poor performance...

Buyer never contacted me or I would have done whatever I could to correct the situation. I've sold over 100 of these pads, and this is the first complaint of its kind that I've received. If the buyer wasn't happy with the design of the pad, why leave me bad feedback when that's beyond my control?
