    Best bass guitar in the world...so light and so much tone.

    I recently started playing the bass..played 6-string for a while, so I know the structure of many songs, I have a Rogue lefty that I got almost 10 years ago and really it plays good, just needs a set up...I was so curious about this Ibanez bass..I went to GC to check one out and they had only one..and it was new and it was beat up..and scratched..but it played and felt so dang good and it was so incredibly light.. I had to get a NEW one that was perfect...I absolutely love playing this bass...playing a bunch today and my ears are ringing with the boom knob barely on..its not everyday that you get a precision instrument like this for anybody let alone a lefty like me for this price point.. IBANEZ I love you guys and gals!!! Thank you.. peace.

    Light weight easy to tune

    I love this bass. Its just right for the beginner or pro. Its very light weight and has the thinner kneck as for it is a JAZZ BASS. I have shorter fingers so its just right. It wont work to good for tall long armed and fingered players to good though!! HIGHLY recommend this!

    This is a very great looking bass. It is darker than the picture but that is even better than what I was expecting. It sounds very nice. It feels great in hand. I highly recommend this if you are looking for something that is easy on your budget. It's worth it!

    I love my bass

    Long time drummer and keyboard man decided to give into my inner bass man. This was my first electric fretted instrument and it had been recommended. Depending on the light it looks blue/purple. I call it blurple. Looking forward to learning how to play this instrument.

    9/10 - Definitely a worthy consideration

    This is my second GSR200, because I missed the one i sold. In my opinion, you're going to be hard pressed to find a better player with active electronics in this price range. First, it's a solid guitar; no wimpy cheap parts. It's pretty basic, but read on... For me, the active electronics are the big win here. If you're not familiar, this is like tone shaping on steroids. It makes this particular model stand out big time among guitars 2x as expensive at least. I have a high end Schecter, and this Ibanez gives it a run for the money! The ONLY issue I've had is grounding interference. Same as my last Ibanez. I've shielded the control cavity which helps (mostly). Otherwise keep a finger on the strings at volume. Even as such, I still love this guitar. I put flat wound strings on immediately ...
