Seller ensured the batteries could ship from the mainland to Hawaii successfully without any hiccup. I recently had my personal shipments returned to origin thru UPS and Fedex when I attempted to ship these from the mainland to Hawaii (due personal relocation). For added bonus, shipping was free! Batteries were $40/$50 cheaper than ninebot’s website.
Batteries are genuine ninebot and looked to be in great (new) condition. Packaging was awesome so they arrived well protected.
