    Item not 100% as described. The bottles had less than 1/4 remaining, although the bottles were sealed. These were advertised as new. When I contacted the seller, I was offered a partial refund because I had opened both bottles. I sent the seller photos of both bottles. Upon opening the bottles, I realized that they were almost empty. Then I peeled the labels back to take photos to send to the seller. I am not a dishonest person, my feedback speaks for itself .

    I am very sorry this customer was unsatisfied. However, they sent me a picture of OPENED bottles, after I sent them sealed bottles (as she admits in her statement above.) I offered a 75% refund and thought that was very generous. I'm not sure what this customer wanted other than completely free product.
