A great multipurpose product
This is the second time I've ordered this product and for me it has served as both lip lines and eyeliner. The consistency is just right so that it's easy to apply and sharpen, and stays in place really well. I've recently even begun to use it with a light touch as an eyebrow pencil (I have green eyes) with a dash of mascara over it to hold the little hairs in place and make the brows look not purple. I also use it in the crease of the eye after I've applied eye shadow there to darken it a little and make the eye shadow last. Voltage Violet is great for green eyes
This is a very good product but use caution. What I received is not like the product. Cover Girl kept the same name but changed the color of purple. The voltage violet you see in the photo is from years ago the new one is brighter. It is a shame the sellers use the stock photo for the eyeliner as I'm specifically seeking the older one which is a deeper violet and no longer sold in stores.
