    There's no other way to see how much power your HVAC, dishwasher, or electric dryer are using

    The instruction manual on this device is incredibly stupid, but once you get this set up, it works like a champ. I recently got a new HVAC system with variable speed motor and I wanted to see how efficient (or lack thereof) it was. With this monitor, I can see that it uses 1200 watts on start up, then goes down to 600 watts once it gets going. It also tells me how many total kwh I've used for the month.

    Power usage shown constantly

    This is the replacement for older model have been using for years. Have several solar panels and can see when and how many kilowatts are being used and dollar values daily. Easy to install, portable and reasonably priced!
