Placed an order for a beautiful ring, Unfortunately upon trying to communicate the exchange was very condescending. After initially being told that my item was shipped, seller truly did not ship until a much later date. For spending almost $400 on a ring I received it in a paper envelope in a poorly sealed flare rate box that the mailman said he himself noticed needed putting back together. Unfortunately I cannot reccomend this seller.
