I was disappointed that the plant doesn’t look as full as the first picture shows too. Overall if you are looking for a smaller palm this is a good one for the price.

It took us a lot longer to take apart the box and it did to put the tree up and look good. That’s a good thing if every package was shipped as sturdy as these trees were there would never be a shipping issue!!! Compliments to the shipping department. Compliments to the designer compliments to the manufacture.
