I was simply trying to determine what his problem was thru messaging. customer was giving real short answers. I simply explained that I want to be sure it was the switch and not relay or leak. We sent him a replacement relay and more hose. he even said he was short on the hose because they way he ran the hose on his truck. I tried to follow up with him several times to see if it fixe the problem or what the status was. he refused to respond.
