    Received with missing tool. He told us to deal with it. He promised inspection photos, none ever arrived. Accused us of wrong doing. My $7000 job had to be canceled. Message us to see his conversation history, this is a service you want to take a hard pass on. After looking closer he clearly copied a major provider's listing but does not provide any of the same services. I learned my lesson. Hopefully you won't repeat my mistake. Message us to see his reply to us asking about the missing tool

    You reported the issues 11 days after you received the tool rental. You clearly used the tool, damaged it and lost a component. DO NOT SELL TO THIS BUYER. Check my feedback on al the other renters of the tool - Never an issue in 4 years of renting this tool. I clean, inspect and verify each tool personally (after returns and prior to sending it out). This buyer purchased a $2 o-ring from me previously and said it was never delivered. Unfortunately I had no tracking.
