Screen burn and pink shading. Lack of English language seems to be an issue. I gave them the option to refund a major amount and will buy another after. They said send it back to get another obviously not inspected phone. No thanks, I can buy one new for this price.

Pink Motorola Razr v3xx was described as “in new condition” with no scratches, dents, or sign of usage.
The phone’s colour is worn (expected) with a small rub mark on one of the corners. The keyboard had a protective film on it, and upon removal the center button came out of the keypad. The backlight on the keypad is also not lined up on a couple of the keys.
Phone is functional, just not as described. Probably would have purchased a different one had I known more about the condition.
