Poorly packaged inside plastic bag with no support to maintain the shape of hats. Received them out of shape and couldn't get them back to original shape. Picture of product is misleading, Neck String appears more substantial in photos, but is not much thicker than sewing thread. Contacted seller , they said they couldn't package better because they wouldn't make any profit if was packed better. After research found the same hats for about half the price from other suppliers.
