Leaky few hrs after installed. Contacted the support team to replace. Replied with arrogance "just add a little teflon tape...end of story"! filled a complain on Ebay, replied they wouldn't send any part out of USA. In CANADA or elsewhere don't buy from them. Decided to repair and found the factory seal was straight nipple end (NPS) in a FPT stuffed w teflon tape and silicone instead of tapered fitting, it cannot stand any water hammer ! Rookie plumber would do better ...pathetic ! pics attached
