    exact replacement

    easy to program remotes, only needed to unplug old unit and new in. Before purchasing this unit I called a nationally known overhead door company to check why door would not open. IT COST ME $175.00 for the service call, I was told the problem was in the door opening assembly, that my unit was old, replacement parts were no longer available for it! A new replacement unit would be $975. less the cost of the service service call. They are a service company that I will never call or recommend again. A neighbor said it could be a receiver unit. It was! Repair was less than $25.00

    Works great, good quality

    My previous multi code receiver finally succumbed to the elements as one of the terminals corroded and finally broke off due to the constant vibration of the gate opening and closing. This took 11 years. Not bad. The replacement I bought works great.
