BUYER BEWARE: The seller advertised the items as brand New but ALL were open box with ALL outer & inner boxes previously opened. The seller excepted the return & it has been a week since the seller received the items back and they still have not issued our refund. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SELLER!

Items were Brand New, we gave you a deal as a reseller but had to record the serial numbers. We sent you an outside label thru FEDEX, I found out it took 16 days to get back to us. I wasn't informed they were returned & only found out from the unnecessary feedback you left especially when I responded to all your emails quickly. Regardless I instantly made a call to confirm & then instantly refunded you, You as a seller know there was no reason for a Neg.FB. I even checked in w u about the label.
