Unfortunately, as I have used the phone the last 2 weeks, I have noticed that it loses my carrier signal repeatedly in areas that my old phone had a strong signal. I am outside the return window...... so I guess that is the risk of buying a refurb.

I don't want to click neutral but dang, the battery doesn't last half the day. Neither phone will accept a screen protector. As the sensitivity lacks due to the replacement screen. I won't buy a refribrished phone again. Super disappointed. Tho it arrived quick, I was super excited at first. They look clean. But don't operate well. Constantly loose network connection have to cycle the wifi on and off.
