These pickups look and sound amazing. They are bright and clear sounding, but also have a nice warmth to them as well. They respond well to dynamics in your playing. They sound like a hybrid between a strat and P90 to me. I had to widen the hole in my pickguard, but that's because the guitar originally had uncovered humbuckers. They're the same size as covered humbuckers.
